Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we'll let you exchange or return it hassle-free if you aren’t. If the fit was not right, please reach out to us so we can help you find the right fit. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if it meets the following criteria.

Return / Exchange Policy Criteria 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in pristine condition, with tags and hygiene liner attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We do not accept the return or exchange of any garment that has had its protective lining removed or tampered with for hygienic reasons. 
  • It is important to maintain the item's cleanliness during the try-on process. Wearing underwear while trying on the garment provides an added layer of protection.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. A product will be noted as a final sale item on the product page.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items that do not meet all the criteria listed above will not receive a refund or exchange and will be sent back to you. In the rare case that a return or exchange is rejected based on not meeting the criteria above, the decision is final and not negotiable. 

How to start a return 

To start a return, you can log in to your account and submit a return request.  

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, as well.
