This garment has been a game changer for me. I began having issues with prolapse this year and was amazed at how little there is out there to help. I stumbled across Hem after a lot of searching online for anything that would help with the daily symptoms. The relief was immediate. I was shocked honestly. That deep heavy pulling feeling was greatly reduced, it made the difference of being comfortable standing! I can move and sit in comfort. It fits a lot like a girdle which can take some getting used to, I used their sizing tool to help me choose and it was spot on. I ordered a pair to try about 6 weeks postpartum with my second child. I was feeling the dreaded “bulge” feeling as well as heaviness. The relief was immediate! I wore them the rest of the day and had no “bulge” feeling and no heaviness! I love that they are also discreet under clothing. The Hem garment is wonderful! It provides a significant level of support to my pelvic floor while still being super comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, unlike many other support garments which tend to be hot, itchy, and restrictive after normal wear.
